Terms and Conditions

By purchasing Foodie Brand Lab you are legally bound to the following terms. 

Foodie Brand Lab and Hey Lady Ventures AB reserve the right to all content, information, course materials, data, text, logos, videos, photographs, images and blog posts. 

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, upload, republish, sell, distribute or create any derivative works of any material from Foodie Brand Lab. 




Payments and refunds

Foodie Brand Lab offers a 14 day refund policy. If you are not satisfied with the course, email our team at support@foodiebrandlab.com within 14 days of purchase to receive a refund. 

The refund request must be made by the end of the day 14 days after purchase. Refunds are not offered outside of this window. 

Community Guidelines

Our student Slack group is a safe and supportive space. We have the right to remove members for harassment, discrimination or unkind actions towards other members. 

Removal from the group does not entitle you to a refund. 

Lifetime Access Terms

Lifetime access is defined as access for the lifetime of the course, Foodie Brand Lab. If the course is retired you’ll receive at least 30 days notice and instructions about how to download the course resources.  

Coaching Calls

Call Duration: Coaching calls are limited to one hour in length. Each call will begin at the scheduled time and conclude 60 minutes later.

Scheduling: Calls must be scheduled at least 48 hours in advance. Scheduling is subject to availability and is not guaranteed.

Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule, you must request the change at least 24 hours before your scheduled call. Rescheduling is subject to Katie’s availability and is not guaranteed.

No-Show and Cancellation Policy: Failure to attend a scheduled call will count as a completed call in your package. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled call will also count as a completed call.

Note Taking: Note taking is the responsibility of the call participant. There won’t be a formal call recap provided.

Communication: Slack will be our primary communication method during your package time. 

  • Please put all questions and work you want reviewed in Slack at least 24 hours before the calls

  • In-between calls we will use Slack to communicate. If you have a question or need follow up guidance post it in Slack. Katie will respond within 48 hours. 

  • At the end of your coaching call package you will be removed from Slack
